Haji Muhammad Sabir Memon Welfare Foundation (HMSM) is non-sectarian, non- commercial, non-political and non-religious Organization. HMSM Welfare Foundation was established in 2012 with its Head Office at Hyderabad. However, it covers overall Sindh Province. The core objective of HMSM Welfare Foundation is to help poor, marginalized and destitute, who are vulnerable to access sound health facilities and standard education regardless of caste, creed and religion.

The founding father of the HMSM Welfare Foundation was Mr. Haji Muhammad Sabir Memon. He was associated with business of cloths. He was a man of tender heart and serving soul. Haji Sahib spent his whole life in the service of humanity and his inclination towards the welfare of the society and the foundation of hospital named so far is the ample proof of his philanthropist work. After the sad demise of Haji Sahib, he left his mission of service of humanity is service of God in the hands of his descendant.

Keeping in view of his dedicated efforts to serve the humanity throughout his lifetime. The descendants of Haji Sahib came forward to further the mission of their father practically and professionally. They founded welfare foundation with his name for the remembrance, namely Haji Muhammad Sabir Memon Welfare Foundation. Resultantly today, more than 6,000 Patients are being treated on the monthly basis without any cost.

Moreover, HMSM Welfare Foundation is also engaged in arranging medical Camps along with well reputed doctors in the remote rural areas. Where there is dire need of medical and health care.

The HMSM Welfare Foundation has multifaceted objectives in different fields like Health, Education, Youth Affairs, Poverty Alleviation, Women Welfare, and Environment
